Job Title: Customer Service Executive €“ International Process- Voice Process
Department: Customer Support
Location: Noida Sector 63
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
€¢ Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
€¢ Provide accurate information about products and services.
€¢ Maintain customer records and update databases with the latest information.
€¢ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
€¢ Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
€¢ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
€¢ Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies:
€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
€¢ Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for international processes).
€¢ Basic computer proficiency €“ MS Office, CRM tools, and typing skills.
€¢ Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
€¢ Ability to handle pressure and deliver consistent performance.
Educational Qualification:
€¢ Minimum: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
€¢ Preferred: Bachelor€™s degree.
Experience:
Min 6 months of experience in an international voice or non-voice process preferred.
Shift Timing:
€¢ Rotational shifts- 6 Days Working.
€¢ One side Cab in the Odd hours Limited to 20KMS range
Salary Range:
€¢ UPTO- 4.2LPA
