Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects and enroll them in executive courses.
- Understand each candidate’s profile, professional background, and career aspirations for personalized recommendations.
- Present program features and benefits in a persuasive and consultative manner.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through structured sales and follow-up processes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages for timely closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets with high conversion ratios.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Must Have).
- Ability to build rapport and handle participant needs effectively.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, spontaneity, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-driven mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
- High ownership, self-motivation, and result-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of executive education and corporate training is an added advantage.

Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM
